• ACM Cleaning Services will provide all cleaning products, materials, and tools. However, if you do have a specialty product or device of your own you'd like them to use in some regions of your home, we ask that during the first visit, you show them what you'd like them to use and wherein the house it should be used.
• If you would like to book your cleaning, you will need to approve the created quote and pay a deposit. Deposits are for initial cleanings at 10% of the total amount in the quote, these deposits are also refundable if a cleaning is canceled with more than 48 hours before the job. We're a small business and we appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations hurt us.
• If we arrive on-site and it becomes apparent that there is more cleaning than we expected based on your request, we will let you know in real-time the estimated additional cost to complete the job.
